Excellent Software For Call Centers And Marketing

Our implementation of the software went well from start line for both our customer service team in Mexico City as well their management here in USA office. We love that it works flawlessly between US offices in Houston/New Orleans & Mexico city (US customers). It's user friendly so we're able get up running quickly without too many hiccups along way. Sometimes there are errors when sending messages or posting new content but these happen rarely! I highly recommend this system because you will be very happy once its implemented into your business operations especially if you have any issues like ours did during initial setup - which was very minor issue and easily resolved through support staff at Customer Solution Center Inc who were amazing!! Having all communications within one place makes my job much easier than trying track calls across different platforms such as Skype chat apps etc., also saves me money since no need to send emails via gmail from zifty app then to phone number +1 713 592 2433 again after answering email, saving us thousands each month. This has been HUGE help in managing call center activities while helping reduce missed opportunities or unplanned outbound campaigns due delays / scheduling problems or other factors outside control. Nothing. But that's not because it's bad, it's just because it's so good that I don't see anything I'd change. It's that good. I would recommend this product to any business that wants to be able to manage their channel program, as well as their entire company's marketing efforts. The Zift integration with Salesforce is very easy, and the reporting is pretty straightforward. I don't have any complaints about the platform. It's done exactly what I need it to do.
