I have been enjoying the watch for the past week and have been impressed by its usefulness. I've used it for running and cycling so far. The fact that the watch is connected to movecount.com and their app makes it easy to track and plan workouts. It's very convenient and not as bulky as I thought. I wear them every day whether I'm working out or not. The watch shows your speed, altitude, location and temperature, and other stats. The only thing they don't show is heart rate unless you buy a separate heart rate monitor. What I love about the watch is that you can download route maps and other routes (cycling, running, mountain biking, etc.) from movecount.com straight to your watch, so you can get around in remote areas without a cellular network. I plan to use them on hikes and hikes. UPDATE: Almost a year later I still use this watch daily. It works perfectly. However, I highly recommend it.
