I received the Entel/Huawei B310 router today. Everything is on the box, as well as the instruction manual in Spanish. The box is marked ENTEL, but all box labels, identification labels and the user manual contain the HUAWEI name/logo. I installed a SIM card - it's a MINI sim. The MINI SIM card is the largest of the 3-in-1 SIM cards and is the standard size most of us have used in cell phones over the years. The device information correctly identified my SIM card phone number and date/time for my location. . This was a positive sign. There is a SMS tab where you can send messages from SIM card. I sent a data plan request and a test message to my mobile phone. Both passed. I also received a response to a data reconciliation request. I also found out the APN for my service (MINT MOBILE T-Mobile Reseller) automatically in the settings. On the main tab, the router displays the company you are connected to (T-Mobile), the number of strength bars you have (currently 2); and whether you are connected to data/internet or offline. WiFi performance (coverage) is pretty good - better than some of the Linksys routers I've used.
