The ease of creating a document and the ability to edit it in real time. I love that it's a collaborative tool. It also makes it easy to find information when you don't know exactly what you're looking for. It's sometimes difficult to figure out where to go to edit something. I also wish that if you are editing a document in real time, you can see who else is editing something in the same document. It is a great tool for creating documents and collaborating with colleagues. It has made it easy to create and edit documents in a way that is easy to share and collaborate on.
