Review on Oreck Genuine Replacement Upright Vacuum by Jason Wesley

We had an issue with our Oreck XL throwing the belt. Now that the vacuum is 15 years old I found that the motor and brushroll mounts were stretched a bit and this is the reason for the frequent belt problems. This happened so often that everyone in the house, including the dog, was able to put the old belt on in less than 5 minutes. The old strap broke every third use. I bought these two new belts and took the chance that they weren't fake. They may be, but in any case, after more than 30 uses, the new belt is still on. I'm very glad about that.
