Review on 🍞 Cut through bread effortlessly with the ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Z15 Bread Knife by Terry Brendemuehl

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A triumph of technology and design.

Cuts like a dream, even slicing through fresh-out-of-the-oven bread, hard-crusted bread at lightning speed without crushing or leaving crumbs. Most of the knives in the Zwilling Pro series combine beautiful Italian design with subtle Japanese influences and the German language. technology and craftsmanship. In this case, it's the Z15 serrated blade that sets it apart from the rest. Common sense tells you to invest in other good knives, but if you're on a budget, settle for a reasonably priced bread knife. Although I have a more than adequate bread knife, I decided to treat myself to this one and I'm glad I did. My budget model, of course, coped with the intended task. Just not as elegant. I use a bread knife daily - as much or more than any other in my set besides my chef's knife - so this extravagance was well worth the price for me. It offers superior performance and the mental pleasure of using a fine tool. If you're considering a bread knife in this price range, you won't be disappointed with this one.
