Review on 🚐 Camco RhinoEXTREME 20ft RV Sewer Hose Kit with Swivel Fitting and 4-In-1 Dump Station Fitting - Crush Resistant, Storage Caps Included by Van Masterson

This isn't my first smelly, tight-fitting hose. 8 motorhomes in 35 years and at least 20 different tank drain hoses. The benefit of this hose is that it looks pretty durable. The big selling point is that it's less likely to get crushed. (But when was the last time you experienced that?) The connections are strong and standard on many Camco products. I've been on a long month long trip with no problems. Two cons: As others have pointed out, the hose doesn't compress longitudinally, so it takes up more storage space. The second downside is that after almost a month in the warm southwest weather, the tubing still holds the shape it was in its shipping box, with kinks. Why is this a problem? If you have to use an accordion style hose stand, it tends to fall off the stand when draining the tanks. The tubing just doesn't match the shape of the rack. I also cringe when I see the hose popping off the rack when emptying the black tank. Like waiting for a disaster in a landfill. I'm going back to another CAMCO hose model
