The CRM software we chose was easy to learn and use.

It has allowed us to sell vehicles faster and easier, with less human interaction. It is user friendly and powerful. It is intuitive to use. It works well. And it does so without any problems whatsoever. It is worth every penny spent. Our customers love it! I really like the way you get updates from your sales agents automatically, instead of having to wait until they call or email. That saves a ton of time and frustration because if something goes wrong during an appointment (and it always will) then I don't want my agent wasting his/her valuable time waiting around while trying to contact me directly. Also, this eliminates unnecessary calls back-and-forth between sales reps.

Pros
  • Updates agents when appointments go through smoothly
  • Agents can be notified of missed appointments directly by email or text message (even when out of office).
  • Agent reports show all information about each lead including number of times called and emailed
Cons
  • Reports do not contain all the information you would expect to see
  • The cost of the service can be prohibitive for small businesses with limited budgets.
  • Requires a sales team member to create accounts and manage them.
