I like headphones - convenience - price - sound. But after reading another review about it, I decided to knock 5 times at a time to be able to pair with 2 devices. Big mistake! After that I couldn't pair right and left together, although I tried everything suggested in the TCL help video to only get sound from one earbud at a time. I contacted their chat who told me to return them for a replacement. In other words, I couldn't get any sound on either of them when listening to music! Another oddity is that each earbud is shown separately on the mt device for pairing. The bottom line is that it confused me - maybe not you. Anyway, I think they're excellent. But clicking on them to do different things takes some getting used to. And the instructions are not that good. So if you ever have this problem, write in your review if you solved it. This won't affect my rating as I know little about headphones - I'm very satisfied!
