I have a fairly small head…. On a snap back hat even, I’m maybe one notch above being tightened all the way down… and this helmet with the padding it comes with is a tight fit. You can adjust the inner portion and straps but the size of the plastic itself is just a tad too small. The kit is great for a weekend air softer but in terms of the rails and accessories you will need to replace nearly all of them from other vendors. The rails are not consistent and the plastic pieces that attach to it are far too malleable and don’t lock in place.If you choose to purchase this helmet, understand you will need to spend an additional 70-100$ to upgrade its defects
