Maybe they are masters of upsell, because it is very uncomfortable and dangerous to open it. I ended up having to use heavy duty scissors to snip off the outside of the package to get to these hooks. I learned about this type of wrapping as I have been cut many times and only have scissors for this type. things now. I still don't understand why manufacturers insist on making it a dangerous duty to simply access a product. Hooks are easier to use than open! Initially I negotiated, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure how long the red finish will last before it cracks or splits in some way and if these hooks don't hold I'll update this review. So far so good though!
