I wasn't sure if a full horsepower would make much of a difference, but as soon as I got my hands on this thing, I started to think it would. He's a little chubby. Then I used it. Let me paint you a picture, I often swap out engines on trucks and heavy equipment. One of the most common problems I encounter when swapping out an engine is that the factory welds on the frame are almost completely torn or completely dissolved. The main function of this tool is to corrode all the old crappy factory welds and leave me a nice groove to fill with arc welding. Grinder I borrowed from our shop, thing is an absolute performer. It just sounds mighty at first glance, but for cutting welds and grooves on frames, this thing eats metal. I have to wear more PPE because I'm completely covered in metal filings! I mean, it's literally raining Metal! This tool hardly slows down no matter how strong I am. Another incredible tool from Sunex and I will definitely buy another one if this one ever dies!
