That conduct is understandable and excused for a Chinese knockoff from Aliexpress for $3, but not for a company that positions itself as the primary rival, you know who. Samsung! Why do you offer incomplete phones for sale? Do you now find the reputation, for which we pay a premium, to be unnecessary? Ladies and gentlemen, if you value your time and nerves and normally think about whether to buy Samsung, do not purchase this phone. Samsung isn't stealing my life, so stop buying their products.
