Review on Multi-Function Power Tower Pull Up Bar Station With J Hook And Dip Station For Home Strength Training Fitness Equipment - ZENOVA by Gerald Mohammed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sturdy and versatile! Just make sure to account for head height on pull-ups in low ceiling rooms!

Love this! At 5’8” it’s pretty sturdy for me. You can’t Kip violently though. It’s relatively short and I measured it and it fits nicely in my basement room - except - remember to leave room for your head! I kept bumping my head so had to hack saw and modify where the bar attaches - that is my only complaint, it could have been very easily more adjustable there. I include pictures of my adjustment.Great buy and I am very pleased 2 months of constant use.Another thought, if you are quite tall, you might bang your knees of the lower cross bar. I used Angels 90 with this (grips which hang under the bar) and I started to bang my knees. - Update: Even without the angles 90 I banged my shin and drew blood! I have now put padding on the lower cross bar! Also the grips are plastic, so I like to use gloves, you might want to put some grip tape on the in part of the bar to make close grip chin ups more comfortable.Update: 7 months in still loving it! I use it practically everyday!18 months and the pads on the dip arms are shot, faux leather cracked, but still solid everywhere else and still being used almost every day.Almost 2.5 years now and actually the cracks have not gotten any worse on the arm rests.I did move to a basement with even lower clearance is you can believe it! about 81" I had to do even more adjustment. This time drilling an extra hole in the posts to lower the pull-up bar even more (see pic). But still works and is used everyday!
