The ease of use, the ability to customize the software to my needs, and the ability to connect to my radiology information system. The ability to add additional features and functionality in the future. The support staff is very helpful. We are able to use the software to track client visits and billing. We are able to create reports and perform billing functions. We are able to track client visits, and billing. I like the ease of use and the fact that it is a cloud based software. I do not like that it is not compatible with some of the other software that I use with my practice. It has been easy to implement and is easy to use. It has helped us to keep track of our appointments and the ability to have reminders has been a huge help.
