Note that I bought a 6 month size for my 6 month old son who is only in the 15th percentile by weight and it fits him just right and may not fit him by the end of summer when your baby so larger by the average size is definitely larger. The glans hole is a bit small and doesn't stretch much, so expect a bit of a struggle. However, I appreciate that it protects his neck from the sun.
