The only reason this gest 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the front graphic and insulation inside.It did keep my lunch cool without an icepack but the inside insulation is really thin and you'll need an icepack for keeping food cold for longer than 3 hours. I kept this at my desk all day so if you're outside definitely invest in a good icepack.One of the best features is the elastic strap on the inside for a water bottle. It is too big for a can of soda or small bottle of soda but it will hold the water bottle.The mesh bag inside is good for holding cookies or crackers so they won't get squished and turned to dust but that's about all it will hold.Outside of the bag is a cloth material and easy to clean with a damp sponge. You can easily rinse the inside of the bag, flip it upside down and let it air dry if you spill anything.Bags or cubby holes are on the outside but I didn't use those and don't know what I would use them for because I'm used to just tossing everything inside. You could probably use it for cookies and crackers and everything else that doesn't need to be cold.
