Review on 13W AmeriLuck Outdoor LED Flood Light Bulbs - Waterproof, Green Colored, Pack Of 4 by Brian Unruh
No response from customer support
This 4 pack came with 1 defective bulb. The metal contactor piece at the bottom of the bulb was missing. I later found the missing piece rolling around in the box and tried to reinsert it into the bulb, but the bulb still did not function. Of course I didn't inspect the bulbs until it came time to use them which put me outside the time frame of returning them. I have emailed their customer support 3 times now over the course of 2 weeks and not received any response from the company. The working bulbs work fine.
- Color is great and price very reasonable!
- The 13W power rating may not be sufficient for security purposes, providing inadequate lighting to deter potential intruders
