My Sette 270 just stopped for cleaning after deburring. The motor doesn't run, although I can see the panels are lit and the timer is running. We are working on a solution, but it failed at a very bad time. As it turns out, there are a couple of fairly subtle but vital lockout safety switches, and the one that was preventing the motor from running burr-free was defective on my unit. The very commendable customer service team showed me how to locate the faulty switch and outlined a successful workaround until a more permanent fix was available. This is a good grinder especially for the price and they will send me a replacement along with the return shipping fee for my original one. Good design and great people to work with.
