The Sette 270 is a great precision espresso grinder. It can grind a bit coarsely, but not coarse enough for a French press; maybe rough enough for Chemex. Grinding espresso is very fast: 18 g are ground in about 6 seconds. This version is not designed for weighing, so I weigh the grains beforehand.
