I buy clothes, shoes, and jewelry frequently online, so I recently made the decision to attempt LOXASUM. I would not suggest this online shop to anyone, though, as I was very dissatisfied with my experience. First of all, the website's confusing categories and cluttered layout made it challenging for me to locate what I was searching for. Finding the items I intended to buy took me a lot longer than usual, and the search feature was of no use. Second, the grade of the goods I got was atrociously low. The shoes were uncomfortable and obviously not built to last, and the clothing was made with poor materials and had loose threads and uneven stitching. Even the jewelry had flimsy clasps and easily tarnished metal, giving it an inexpensive appearance and feel. Finally, the level of customer care was atrocious. Long wait periods, unhelpful agents, and a general lack of concern for my dissatisfaction were what I encountered when I attempted to contact the business to ask for a refund for my subpar purchases. Overall, I had a very negative purchasing experience at the LOXASUM online store. The goods were of low quality, the website was challenging to navigate, and the customer service was unhelpful. To anyone searching for trustworthy and high-quality clothing, shoes, and jewelry, I would not suggest this website.
