A month after installation it started unlocking my phone automatically while I was driving. When I pressed the side button to intentionally release my phone, my hands wouldn't open, so I had to pull my phone out. Then suddenly the sucking stopped when I was stopped at a red light and the whole arm fell off. I managed to catch him and my phone before they fell next to my gas and brake pedals.
