But. what was my surprise that this thing started my 3 liter engine from the 2nd time without boost mode. Why from the second and one of the reasons why someone can’t start - because of the discharge of the battery, the default settings were reset and the next time the key was turned - the climate tried to start blowing, which consumed the current. On the second attempt, I immediately turned off the climate and tried to start it - and voila . it started up as if from my own battery, I repeat without boost. I assume that a boost is needed when the battery has already been dropped to zero and does not show anything at all (I have an on-board voltmeter on the tidy. And at the moment of switching on, I saw that the voltage in the network had increased from 8.5 to 11.5-12, which turned out to be sufficient for starting. I hope that this thing will not come in handy for me soon. It takes a long time to charge: half a can in 2 hours. I don’t advise you to store it in a car . you never know what will happen to it in the heat or vice versa in the cold, it will come to hell. So who has a half-dead battery, or there are troubles with starting in cold weather (the car is standing for a long time) I definitely advise. For diesel engines, look better towards PS02, there are more chances to crank the engine.
