- Email threads that link related messages.- Sending of emails from different devices at once.- Easy to set up email accounts and domains under management in one package without having multiple tools separately installed.* I know this is too simple but it has made my life so much easier! So far all aspects seem easy enough to manage within our organization without being overwhelming which allows us users freedom while allowing them quick access to all necessary information.* It's also free software we use ourselves at home where sometimes people who don't have proper computers might need help troubleshooting their computer issues/malware etc. The speed of the process of sending messages from your own system. I like that it is easy to use. I dislike that we cannot send email from our internal systems. It is difficult to track how many emails we have sent out. We also cannot track who has read them. This would help us keep up with our marketing efforts. There are not any downsides to this product. If you want to easily send out emails from your company then this is the way to go. I am able to send out mass emails in a timely manner.
