I have ordered this dress and another for almost double the price from another seller. This dress has a hemmed bottom and the top of the band is hemmed with an elastic band! The other dress had no hemming anywhere and the bodice was just a piece of fabric that wouldn't stay in place without the elastic, so why bother? The wait is only because of those features I mentioned earlier. The length was perfect when pulled over me like an empire waist. (I'm 5 feet 3.5 inches). If I were to wear a dress at the waist, I would definitely need heels or a hemline. I also think the material may be a little thicker than other sellers' dress. The other dress was 2 days premiere shipping and a lot longer which can be important for very tall girls but this dress is perfect for me in every way.
