Review on ๐Ÿšš 33884 Aluminum Truck by Milwaukee Trucks by Pavel Craig

Carrying capacity 150 pounds? NO WAY!

I have tried 3 of these thin and light aluminum hand trucks in the last 4 years. Each has its own name, but everything is made in Vietnam. I liked the easy fold and unfold functions and they came in handy for light jobs like moving luggage, taking boxes to the curb for recycling e.g. B. Less than 25-30#. BUT, when it comes to the '150lb capacity' promise, don't be fooled. The weak point of these lightweight jobbers are the plastic spoked wheels, which tend to crumble, splinter, and snap the moment you turn a corner, spin askew across a warped concrete slab, or attempt to carefully climb down a step while towing. Cargo weighing more than 60-70 pounds. If you can find one (and I'm looking for one right now) that has all the foldable, lightweight aluminum parts like this one, but with all-metal wheels (could be aluminum), then buy it. Otherwise, be careful: if you plan on hauling stuff over 50 or 75 pounds, don't buy this aluminum dump truck, it won't carry as much weight.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
