I am so impressed with this product. If you do not have a high caffeine tolerance, please eat something with it. The first day I did it without food and went insane. I got over it. I trained at the gym. I've been using it since the second day and I've been eating it with little food and lots of water. I feel better than recently because of the food I ate after taking the capsule. It actually helps you lose weight, with the help of diet and some exercise of course! I know I'm only using it for the second day, but I can already see the scales going down! You feel it a lot without food, but I recommend some food with it.
