The carbon filter does not fit the pipe and there is no key for the housing
I bought it after reading reviews. Came to the box and noticed that you need a special key to open it! I had to order from another supplier. I started watching YouTube after a week and gave up after trying. I called the local company to have them take care of it. The master changed 4 out of 5 filters and the 5th (carbon) did not match our tubes. After fiddling around, we found that the size of the filter hose was different from the size of our hoses. The box came with a 1/4" filter and ours is slightly larger. The tech had to bring back the old charcoal filter. bad investment.
