This is a budget GPS so you get what you pay for. The mile response time is very slow, so please check the route ahead of time and don't get distracted by looking at the device while you wait for it to announce the next turn. Be prepared for a very long recount time if you miss a turn, which can lead to unexplained recounts when following new directions. This is not a dedicated GPS module, it has many other features that you need to click to navigate. . It has a sun visor which is appreciated but difficult to install and wobbles terribly. Speaking of loosening, the thumbscrews for each fastener connection are horribly loose, I'm hesitant to over-tighten them because they're likely to strip the threads, they'll periodically dangle. At least the suction cup hasn't come loose yet!
