I like most of their features, which include the templates that are provided, which can be customized per needs. I also like how easy it was to use the app. And if you are not sure about using out app, because you might like some of the features better, then you can always have a free trial account. I dont think that there are any downsides associated with this product. Outreach + is one of the best solutions we have come across in the market and our clients love it as well! We have to use this tool quite often for our projects in order to send emails to other businesses. We have noticed an increase in sales of our eBooks and apps and we get great responses from our customers. I like how easy it is to use. It's very user friendly. The team has been great to work with and helpful every step of the way. They have also gone above and beyond many times to help us get things set up and working. If they continue to support their product this will be easy to recommend. One of our major goals was to gather new contacts and grow our list. We are currently using OutreachPlus to do that.The benefits we see are the increase in contacts and lists overall.
