As can be seen in the photos, the device has absolutely no signs of wear. Received on March 30, 2020, today is July 3, 2020 and it has stopped working. I work from home in a call center with a very strict attendance policy that requires our devices and internet to be available 100% of the time and if this is not the case per my contract my attendance will be affected. Since I've had it, I've been using it eight hours a day, five to six days a week. I was on the phone with a customer and he just stopped working and is just over three months old. The microphone stopped working, the sound stopped working, I tried all the help instructions but the computer didn't recognize the device. So now I've noted an attendance issue on my entry because I couldn't work. I had to send my husband to Walmart to get a different brand of headset as a replacement. Really very dissatisfied with this headset that was supposedly so cheap. And it costs me time and money, not to mention the embarrassment.
