Thought it was completely broken. A week later I inserted it, tried it (before throwing it away), managed to format it only in exFat mode, not NTFC. I'll see how long it takes. It is impossible to write a letter on the support site, the serial number is not entered. That is, technical support is a real problem. I am attaching a photo. At the same time, when checking the serial number, the answer comes that the service of the card is within the warranty. (that is, there the number is suitable and the product is real). The warranty is only two years.
