I wear women's size 5 and they fit perfectly. I wore them on holiday in New Zealand and Australia where we walked a lot. They were comfortable and perfect for any wet spots along the trail as they dried quickly. If you run on rocky rather than sandy terrain, be aware that small stones can get stuck in the holes in the ground, but they're easily removed later with tweezers and won't sink in. so far away that you can feel them as you walk.
