I have long wanted to try out a camera of this class, so that the "head" is spinning, so that you can look from different angles - forward, backward, up, down, so that it is wireless, so that you can set it and forget it, etc. and now for 2499 rubles for a couple with xiaomi mi home secure 360 (-another 2499 rubles) purchased. I downloaded the Tapo camera application, registered an account and, literally in a minute, I saw myself from the outside in this application. There are absolutely no difficulties, which cannot be said about her brother, who is not only talkative beyond measure and takes out the brain with mechanical chatter, but also tunes in with shamanic actions (thanks to YouTube helped figure it out). One hundred rubles in the TP-Link piggy bank for the clarity and simplicity of software for their products! Equipment: a couple of some pieces of paper, a camera and a power supply with a long wire, probably two and a half meters or three, which, in principle, is not bad - it will reach the outlet without unnecessary wiring, but there is a nuance - the plug is not micro-usb, but round, as it used to be for phones and other portable equipment, if the power supply unit fails, you will have to be puzzled by a replacement. In this regard, the Chinese brother turned out to be more thoughtful - he has a micro-usb, though only a wire is included in the delivery. :) Image quality. To be honest, I expected more - the image is blurred and does not feel like 1080p, but 320 * 240 or at best 640 * 480, the picture geometry is strongly distorted, objects are elongated, the edges are curved. I understand that thanks for this money that it works, but, hoping for a miracle, I got a slight disappointment. :) The night mode is present and there is even IR illumination, but taking into account the quality of the picture, it is only suitable for fixing an event - that is, here is the event, and the details are faces, numbers, this is not entirely about this camera. Sound. It is possible to chat through the camera. It has a built-in speaker and microphone. Radio babysitter... Considering my wishes for a 360 view, the camera fully justifies itself, it works out of the box, I took it out, turned it on, set it up, and forgot it. Picture quality could be better. Pleased with the ability to record locally on the camera's memory card. Perhaps there are cloud services, until I finally figured it out. In general, the toy is quite suitable for an inexperienced novice voyeur. Professionals will spit or even not pay attention. Would recommend as a babysitter. PS: I inserted a 64 GB memory card, set up a recording schedule and now I enjoy interesting videos from the window. Interestingly, the recording speed can be adjusted from 1/16 to X16. But, as far as I understand, it is not the speed that is regulated, but the number of skipped frames. In X16 mode, 15 seconds are skipped and you can skip something if the event occurs during these 15 seconds.
