This lightweight plastic chain

This is a lightweight plastic chain as advertised. I could cut the links with pruning shears - I'm sure larger wire cutters would work as well. I can't say anything about durability. I would not recommend this for real security, transportation, or anything else a chain might traditionally be used for. But it works great as a visual barrier.
