Disappointing - Rattles & Plush Rings

Why does it have such good reviews? Too big for a child's hand, fits comfortably in the palm of the hand. The rattle is weak and makes almost no noise. The squeaking sound is exactly the same as a dog toy, not the sound you would expect from a child's toy.
