The bag has lasted 3 years of constant use with daily commuting and frequent carrying of heavy loads (books, files, papers) and occasional air travel. The shoulder strap is wide and comfortable. The strap held and didn't break (on previous bags the strap gave out 1st). The zippers worked fine until recently, now I have to replace them. The quality of the leather is good and after 3 years the leather still looks good (no cracks or fading). The interior pockets are nice, including zipped pockets for things you might otherwise lose (chargers, etc.). The inner lining is in good condition, not worn or torn (has been on other previous bags). After looking for a replacement I decided to buy the same bag again as the price is very good for its value.
