I ordered these for high school classroom use. Here are the four things I love most about this particular keyboard: 1) Cheap and fairly durable - I love letting (clumsy) sixth graders use it! 2) Battery operated - no need to tie children to the wall. so that the keyboard can be charged. 3) Bluetooth: Bluetooth also works great on older iPad models. I love that they can connect it via Bluetooth instead of charging ports, so the iPads can stay in their oversized school-kids protective cases. In addition, the iPad can be charged during use. Finally, they can use it with any iPad model (older charging ports or Lightning cables compatible). 4) Perfect size - they are not as compact as most iPad keyboards. While some prefer a more compact keyboard, I prefer a keyboard that's closer to the standard size as it's easier for kids to develop fine motor skills.
