Great tool enhanced by awesome Customer Service
The team at ReleaseD is very responsive, they have been working with us since day one of our project implementation and are always willing to help out in any way possible.
Sometimes it can be hard for them to understand what we want when we send over an email or document but their customer service has never let me down! I would highly recommend this product. We use releaseD to track all of our releases from development through production. It's great that you can see everything about each version right there in one place.

- Excellent UI/UX design
- Great support staff available via phone call if needed.
- Very user friendly
- no training required just get started immediately after signing up / creating your account :)
Cons
- Can't do customizations (if necessary).
- No ability customize fields
