Checking the correctness of the components
When trying to activate the service provider, the device did not work. In preparation for the return, I noticed that the power supply has an output voltage of 5V, while the modem specification calls for 12V. Luckily I'm holding on to stuff and had a compatible power supply. Tried to activate again and it worked!
