What to spiralize next?

After a bad experience with a less expensive spiralizer, I decided to find something worth using repeatedly. This is the one! Yes, it's expensive - $20 more than the top selling spiralizers. But it is a reliable device and I expect to see weekly use for many years to come. Upon unboxing, I could tell that the molded plastic was significantly higher quality than the cheaper versions. The slide slides easily and - be careful - the blades are razor sharp. We turn to using a spiralizer. Wow! This little thing has revolutionized my cooking game. He turned zucchini into beautiful zoodles in about 30 seconds. Carrots were a bit more difficult. You want the short, fat kind, not the long, skinny kind. He also made short work of onions and parsnips. I'll try it on a sweet potato, but I have no doubts about its ability. This is just an amazing way to add more nutritious and low-calorie veggies into your diet. Cleaning was easy too. I just hosed it down with a nozzle on the sink, but if you don't have one, a small toothbrush was included to get in between all those lancet-sharp teeth. Less expensive spiralizers, this one doesn't have a drawer on the bottom to store extra blades. Hardly a deal breaker, but if you're the kind of person who often loses kitchen scraps and leftovers. (Yes, me too.) I only had it for a short time so I'll be back after I use it again. But I just can't stress enough how important this device is. If you plan on using any of these a lot, you should! – Just spend a few dollars more. I've been having so much fun at the grocery store these past few weeks looking for new things to twist into spirals. I haven't even gotten to the fruit yet!
