Inserts suitable for top entry toilet. I take a medium sized disposable tray and place it in a lined tray. To change, I simply take out the normal liner and the litter box, tie off the top and put in another. I rotate it every week with a short break in between. The cats adapted immediately. I have had cats for 40 years and these are the best I have ever used. The only downside is that sometimes the quality of the plastic changes and sometimes they are too small on the sides. But I just attach them with painters tape and put the tape on the top because sometimes cats knock it off.
