I've had it for a long time. It's beautiful - I like the way it looks a lot more than the band that came with my FitBit, but be very careful with that. The screen coating can be scratched easily, and then it becomes difficult to slide your finger over the screens. I can't imagine I did anything that might scratch it while wearing it. Maybe it was just dust particles on my fingers scratching it when I ran my finger over it. Take it off when you wash your hands. No matter how hard you try to keep water out when washing your hands, it still gets under the screen cover. Then you won't be able to switch screens at all until it dries. I've tried taking it off to let it dry or putting another strap back on a couple of times, but I couldn't get the folding screen cover off. I could probably do it with a screwdriver, but I didn't want to mess anything up. If it were easier to take off it would be nice to replace so you can wear the Fitbit when you get dressed, but I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use. If you have a cat, it will also attack a dangling chain.
