I liked it for the first six weeks. then the group continued to get lost. The chain then fell apart twice at the ends, so when you unclamp to remove the FitBit to charge, the entire clamp (bulb) came loose and you had to rethread it, which is NOT easy. I've had it for a long time. It's beautiful - I like the way it looks a lot more than the band that came with my FitBit, but be very careful with that. The screen coating can be scratched easily, and then it becomes difficult to slide your finger over the screens. I can't imagine I did anything that might scratch it while wearing it. Maybe it was just dust particles on my fingers scratching it when I ran my finger over it. Take it off when you wash your hands. No matter how hard you try to keep

Update: It has served me even after wearing it! After a year of wearing, I got another Fitbit model as a gift. Unfortunately, this brand does not have the same style strap for this model. I bought a different brand metal bracelet with a slightly different locking mechanism. After wearing a new bracelet for a few months and not being happy with the clasp mechanism, I cut off the original chains from this bracelet from another brand and connected the clasp chains from this bracelet to my new one.
