I liked it for the first six weeks. then the group continued to get lost. The chain then fell apart twice at the ends, so when you unclamp to remove the FitBit to charge, the entire clamp (bulb) came loose and you had to rethread it, which is NOT easy. I also didn't like that water could get between the lid and strainer - so you can't really swim with it or wear it in the shower as the water just stays there. My Fitbit is waterproof so it annoys me that I had to replace the whole strap just to go swimming. And anyone with a Fitbit with those pesky pins knows how frustrating it can be. Although it is very beautiful. Maybe I was just unlucky with this purchase.
