I love that I have a stainless steel ice tray and can get rid of plastic. The dice do not have the same powder coating as plastic. The bowl is much easier to fill. The cubes will come out easily if allowed to set for a few minutes. You can make the cubes as big or small as you like. Highly recommend and will NOT use plastic! Update….7/2021. The pen didn't work for a while but I kept using it. Discussion about buying another or another. This one isn't rusty like some reviews of other trays say. There seems to be an issue with the handle on most stainless steel sheets. The price is $5 higher than a year ago. I will NEVER go back to plastic and will NEVER go back to aluminum.
