I like that it can be customized to fit your business needs. There are many options for different features that will help you manage all aspects of your operation in one system. The fact that they offer training online which allows us to learn at our own pace without having to attend live classes makes this program very easy to use! We have not had any issues but we do plan to implement more modules soon such as customer relationship management. Currently there isn't much available regarding customer relations but when we implemented cash register we were able to track sales on multiple channels including phone calls.
