Review on 🌡️ La Crosse Technology 308-179OR: Wireless Temperature Humidity Station with Trends & Alerts in Orange/White by Laura Jenkins

LaCrosse's customer service is TERRIBLE. Left several emails reporting warranty issues using the preferred online issue submission form. NO RESPONSE to my notifications. (Sent from multiple different emails in case one gets blocked as spam). I also called LaCrosse customer service only to be automatically put on hold until the call goes to voicemail where I left a message. The device I have is only 2 months old and the display is deteriorating. It lies almost untouched on my worktop. I wanted to use this particular device because it has alarm capabilities for HI/LO temperature alerts. Tried new and different batteries, as written in the instructions, but didn't help. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE unless you are willing to throw it in the trash in case of problems.
