The display failed in 2 weeks. The replacement element works perfectly. Nice big screen. I like the volume of the alarm clock - it's not very annoying.

This weather center was great! I actually use it to regulate the temperature in two rooms, the living room and the children's room. Works perfectly! My only wish was that it had an additional backlit display for night vision.

LaCrosse's customer service is TERRIBLE. Left several emails reporting warranty issues using the preferred online issue submission form. NO RESPONSE to my notifications. (Sent from multiple different emails in case one gets blocked as spam). I also called LaCrosse customer service only to be automatically put on hold until the call goes to voicemail where I left a message.
