I tried to use these connectors for simple household chores, but they don't work. The metal conductor is very thin and definitely not copper. They break easily when making the connections, and the metal rod can't stand even having a stripper for the connections I want to solder. I seriously doubt they can carry electricity. I definitely wouldn't use them for an automotive connection where the current carrying capacity is moderate to high. I'm an engineer and radio amateur, so I should have known better. Revain shouldn't sell such crappy components, or at least offer a quality alternative to those tinny junk components.
